About the event

Join us in Toronto for Ai Day, part of World Wide Technology’s global series of full-day events focused on moving AI from ambition to execution.

Ai Day brings together business and technology leaders for a focused day of insight, dialogue, and real-world perspective on organization AI adoption. Drawing on expert viewpoints, customer and industry examples, and structured discussion, the program explores what it takes to accelerate AI outcomes, build AI solutions aligned to business priorities, and scale AI responsibly.

Building on two years of global delivery, Ai Day reflects the lessons, patterns, and realities emerging from service provider and enterprise AI adoption, offering a practical view of what is working, what is changing, and what comes next.

Please note the agenda is subject to change.  There will be photography onsite for company use. Please advise your WWT or Softchoice representative with any concerns.

Welcome and Kickoff

An energizing open to the day from WWT leadership — setting the stage for what's ahead, why AI matters now, and what you can expect from a full day of education, conversation, and connection.

9:10 am - 9:40 am

The Marketplace & Accelerating the AI-Native Operating Model

AI has moved from experimentation to execution, and the organizations pulling ahead aren't just running more pilots, they're operating differently.

This keynote frames what's changing in the market and introduces the AI-Native Operating Model: the integrated way people, agents, models, data, and infrastructure produce outcomes together. We'll explore what it takes to accelerate — turning use cases into business outcomes you can stand behind, knowing what to buy versus build, sorting through tokenomics, and treating security as an enabler of speed rather than a brake on it. It's the through-line for the day and the foundation the rest of the sessions build on.

9:40 am - 10:10 am

Engineering in an AI-Native Organization

AI-native engineering started with developers, but it doesn't end there.

This talk widens the lens from the engineering team to the whole organization: what changes when more of your people, in every function, are directing agents and building AI-powered workflows rather than just consuming tools. We look at why developers adopted AI so quickly, what the rest of the workforce can borrow from them, and how leaders turn scattered, individual AI use into a shared, organization-wide capability.

10:10 am - 10:20 am

Break

Take a quick break and catch up with partners and peers before the remaining morning sessions

10:20 am - 10:50 am

Architecting and Scaling AI

Behind every AI experience is an AI Factory — and it's more than infrastructure. We take a full-stack view of what it takes to run AI at scale: the software and intelligence that power it, the data that feeds it, and the infrastructure that runs and supports it. We'll unpack the choices that shape cost and performance across on-prem, cloud, and hosted — and why the economics of running hybrid AI, not just building it, increasingly decide what's sustainable. The takeaway is a practical, portfolio approach to architecting and scaling AI securely, responsibly, and cost-effectively.

10:50 am - 11:35 am

Experts Q&A Panel

Join WWT and Softchoice technical experts for an interactive Q&A session where they'll answer your questions on AI strategy, architecture, implementation, and organizational readiness. Whether you're just beginning your AI journey or scaling enterprise initiatives, this is an opportunity to gain practical insights, discuss real-world challenges, and hear perspectives from leaders helping organizations become AI-native.

11:35 am - 12:30 pm
